My elderly parents made a booking on Thursday for a flight and went to a branch on Sunday to cancel and request a refund. They were then informed that cancellation would result in a R13k cancellation fee! This is outrageous!!!! Why doesn’t a 5 day cool-off period per the CPA not apply?? When we then asked can they change a returning flight they said it would also cost R13k to change it! This place is a *******!
