A pleasant discovery and exceptional service

I have used this company on many occasions and always had great service. I have used Flight Centre services many times over the years, usually going into a branch and organising flights. Today my wife and I were organising flights to the UK and return and I discovered that Flight Centre can also do online bookings, not something I had thought about.

We went through the process and booked on British Air, as it is a direct flight with no stops. However for some strange reason, while my wife's booking went through and payment was successful, mine was being problematic. For some strange reason, after going to the 3D checkout, the payment was being refused. I contacted the card division at my bank and they indicated that there were no issues with my card or account, so I contacted your company on the listed number. Your people were incredibly helpful and confirmed my booking, sent me a direct pay link and it worked without a hitch. The ***** division of the bank did call me to make sure it was me. So total professional level of service from this company and I found it much easier booking through their online service than going directly to the airline website.
