A big thank you for refund
I logged a complaint here last week regarding a refund. Even though i would never recommend this now Flight Centre to anyone, however I would like to applaud Lynette Machiri for her effortless follow ups in making sure my query was resolved. This was an Online Support Team query but she never complained. Thank you Lynette.
Also a big thank you to Chanelle Moses who I spoke too once & following day, my refund was processed. Thank you, keep with the good work.
Greatly appreciated.
