Electric Shock

So my boy had a little electrical shock. He yelped and the breaker tripped. It was a cable that was replaced when we got our electric certificate from Flick Pest Control and Electrical in Port Elizabeth.

The original cable was underground and was replaced above ground. When I called they got the supervisor to call me back. He first explained that the cable is legal and that it does not need to be in electric tubing or under ground.

Only after him explaining to me that it's legal and they not at fault did he ask if my dog was ok. He kept saying the dog shouldn't have bit the cable. He says I'm unreasonable to blame them. If the cable was still underground he wouldn't be able to chew it.

This was after they just about rewired my while house at a cost of over R6000.

He says its according to code and I cannot expect him to have foreseen this.

I am furious. This is disgusting. Flick Pest Control

I got you chaps to do the job as you are supposed to be the best. I personally will never use this company again. We are monitoring our boy and will pop off to the vet if he's not well.
