Flick Gauteng is very unreliable

<p>Flick is dissapointingly unreliable and do not keep to their word, neither the national call centre nor the Gauteng branch.</p> <p>I booked a spray for my home 2 days ago and they gave me a CONFIRMED appointment with expected time of arrival between 11am and 1pm, As such, my entire day was thrown off, being in the middle of the day, I waited eargerly and no one arrives. at 1:30pm I contact the call centre who tries the Gauteng branch (till now i don't know which branch was meant to help me - that is yet another sign of pathetic service), gets no reply, takes my details and promises to have someone call me - i am still waiting</p> <p> Overall - my first try to use Flick and definitely my LAST</p> <p>Disgruntled potential Client !! </p>
