Nightmare dealing with Flick Damp Proofing

I got a quote from Flick Damp Proofing as well as 2 other Damp repair companies. I went ahead with Flick as their price seemed the most affordable. Lesson learned, there is a reason for 'cheaper' companies...I am absolutely gobsmacked at the service and overall experience I have received from Flick Damp proofing. I trusted and re**** on them for their so-called expertise in damp to identify, quote and perform waterproofing and damp services for the areas I was having issues with. Instead, they have proven to be amateurs in this line of work and I am now resentful that I did not go ahead with 1 of the other quotes I received. After only 5 weeks, the damp returned of which I already had to call them back for further repairs. In addition to this, they are now sending me additional quotes on further repairs which they say was not covered in the original quote... I showed Dominic the very first day he came to my house to quote me, all the issues we were facing, downstairs and upstairs. The money-making effort of trying to get me to pay for additional work to come back again, 3rd time, to try get it right is absolutely shocking and unprofessional. In their drawings, they quoted and charged me full damp proofing on certain walls and right up to roof level, which was NOT carried out. Flick has already had to come out for a 2nd time to repair 2 walls which were not done properly and there still remains other areas still NOT done in full.

I have asked for a refund for the work not carried out and am again having to run after Flick for service or even basic feedback....I am told there are issues within the company internally as a reason for the delays and poor service, yet I as a customer am now being further impacted and inconvenienced.

This whole interaction with Flick has been a nightmare from day 1 and I just want to be reimbursed for the work not carried out so I can try get proper repairs done via a more efficient and professional damp company. Do NOT waste your time, energy and money with Flick like I have... over 2 months later it is still not over and I still wait...
