Delayed Withdrawal

I submitted a withdrawal request from my trading account on 24/01/2020. I checked the status of my withdrawal today and found that it still shows as 'pending'. I tried getting hold of them on email, and telephonically to follow up but to no avail.

My trading wallet ID IS 2920. Can someone please attend to this because my patience with these guys is running very thin!
