Horrible service

I ordered a backdrop and umbrella lights on takealot. Incorrect items were delivered and one light bulb not working. The guy I spoke to was so rude, shouting at me on the phone telling me he would never make such a mistake. I hated the rudeness and shocked that his OK addressing me in that manner. I told him il return the stuff via takealot, he threatened me and said he will send them an email to not make a full refund because I made a wrong order and he won't except my mistake at his cost.
