Tarnishing your creditworthiness

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I had an issue where my bank account was compromised and my account was frozen on the day that payment needed to take place. The bank froze the account for investigation. I communicated the issue to Nhlanhla Sihlahla at the support center after I had made payment in full and including penalty...PAID!

I received an email back notifying me that my "creditworthiness with Payflex will be impacted negatively". This after making payment and sending supporting bank letters/case numbers. They did not even look into my account.

Tarnishing your creditworthiness for having a frozen account for one day!!!
