Excellent Backup Service

I had a Lithium 444 Power Pack that had served me very well for some 4 years, mainly in the bush. I recently discovered that it had developed a fault in its AC 220 Volt supply mode. I contacted them (Bernadine) and was advised to send it back to them for evaluation. Well Surprise ! Surprise ! ... They replaced it with a brand new unit, 2 years out of warranty, no questions asked ! That's the cutting edge of customer service. I can vouch for both the products and their backup.
