Corncerned customer over 3rd party discounts

I just bought 2 x 555 Lithiumpacks from Flexopower industries. I did see the advertised price which i accepted and paid by EFT. The lady assisting me throughout all the various emails and process are very polite and helpfull . Here is my gripe. The day before the collection a 3rd party outlet advertised the same item for R 1000.00 cheaper. I did forward the information to Flexpower and they are unwilling or not able to match the discount. I did read that they cannot be held responsible for 3rd party prices or specials. I do not want to return the units but i thought that at least out of courtesy they could consider the discount. The previous two units were 444 Lithiumpack that got damaged due to loedshedding and unstable grits from our famous Eskom. Please have a heart.
