Unprofessional from Money24 or Flexi Pay

Hi

On 28 December 2022 flexi pay has deducted R3000 from my account to pay my debt since today no payment was made to my accounts, every time im asking Charlotte, the consultant that assist me she’s saying no one has started to work. I contacted them because I was on maternity leave and count not pay my debt so I wanted them to help me with my credit score and get my debt up to date. This so unprofessional and unacceptable. I could have paid my own debt, and im sure I will be loosing my R3000
