Fleximuscles trampoline

I bought a fleximuscles trampoline through Takelot. We struggled a bit assembling it, but managed to get it up. My 2 kids (not weighing more than 50kg together) jumped on it and the whole frame bent. I asked takelot to refund or replace since it was still under warranty. They refused and sent it back to my home since the product has been used. I emailed and sent a whatsapp to fleximuscles directly a few days ago and haven’t even heard back from them since. Really poor aftermarket service and warranty is worth nothing if a product can’t even be returned if it doesn’t handle an inch of the weight its advertised to handle!
