Terrible service and workmanship

<p>We phoned Wellington (who I'm assuming is the owner) after being referred to him by a company who sells signal boosters. We paid Wellington his requested deposit after which he came to move one of our signal boosters from one office to another.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everything seemed to be working phone after, but less than a day later our signal was back to being terrible. We thought we'd give it some time before asking Wellington to come have a look. Less than a week after our booster was moved though, and before we could phone Wellington, our booster starting coming loose from the roof.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are now on about 3-4 months after Wellington came to move our booster and after numerous calls, sms's and emails, he has still not come to fix his bad workmanship. He has promised us countless times that he would stop by to come have a look, but not only has he never once kept his promise, he doesn't not even phone or sms to reschedule.</p> <p> </p> <p>Asking FlexiFix to come move our signal booster was the worst decision we could make and if I could rate Wellington and FlexiFix any lower than one, I would not hesitate to do so.</p>
