Very poor customer care

I have been waiting for a response on when I will get my vehicles license disc and plates for the last 10 days no and still have no answer on when it will be with me, my driving permit has been expired for a week now and this matter is not receiving any attention Also when I try calling flexi drive no one ever answers, they sometimes respond on whatsapp or email but usually takes more than a day to respond and they never have a clear response or or answer on your query
