Poor service No service No communication skills from any of the staff non the less no problem solvers
Very very poor customer service Would not recomend this compony to anyone

19 Aug 2025, 09:31So this morning they phoned me and said they are not refunding me because no where on the condition report from dekra it states the car was in a accident lol the condition report clearly states the the car is deformed from the chassi onwords
Well deformed to me means accident orher wise how els wil car be deformed.
Not only a ***** company but also a inlitterate bunch of managers working for this company
Please guys stop stalling the prosec people (customers)are not Dom
