Lack of communication and Service

I made contact with Ryan who is a fantastic guy but he is in another role and handed my application over to Walter Mo***eng who unfortunately isn't the best. I did the application and after viewing the car i call Walter to inform him that im happy and i asked what is the next step. I was then given a total higher than the 10% advertised on there website. When i asked about it i was told that it was because of how long i work and the company and how long i live at my address that scores me differently and that the reason my deposit requirement is higher. I felt like this should have been explained to me from the word go but then again Walter isn't good at communication. Anyway who ever wants to apply please get proper information from the start and not when its time to pay the deposit and by all means try to avoid dealing with Walter Mo***eng
