FlexiDrive - help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

<div>I couldn’t finance a car through the bank, so FlexiDrive stepped in and financed a car for me. I bought the car through Signature motors. The day I got my car the 1st issue arose, something pulled the cars power, I took the car back and the owner Wilfred at signature motors,had them replace a cracked spark plug, and sent me on my way. Then a few weeks later the car started with the same issue, and the cars breaks was finished and I replaced them as it’s my responsibility to do so , after they told me they did replace it and I had the car for 3 months and they had to replace the discs aa it was so damaged they couldn’t let the car go like that. I addressed it with the sales guy who no longer works there anymore, I sent all the issues to the finance lady who always responded but directed me to the FelxiDrive consultant Kelvin, who never to date came back to me and Ic phoned so so many times. I’ve gotten stranded woman alone twice now, where my car has no power, doesn’t want to start at all, they sent a low bed to fetch the car both times .The 1st time: Cracked spark plug, 2nd: Cars sensors that needed to me calibrated, which they did and they said the car is ready I can come and fetch it , the same day I got there and turned the ignition on the sensors lights where still on and they said it might me a faulty sensor after they said they fixed it ,3rd: my car was in their Worksop for 45 days and the last week or so they said it’s the fuel pump, my fiancé and I had to get the quote from them, at the place where the directed us to, after they said they can’t find the part, we found it within a day, but still took them a few days to get it and after that they gave us the wrong information about what part of the petrol pump they needed, so resulted in them having to send back the incorrect part and to order the correct one and install, test and having me fetch the car, 4th: got stranded at work having to Uber from Honeydew to Centurion. Now they let me know it’s the fuse box that completely needs to be replaced and only after they replaced it they can see if the body model got hurt, if so that needs to be replaced. But after that they let me know that the warranty only covers the fuse box and let’s hope and pray the body model doesn’t needs to be replaced cause that will be a bill of R30 000 that I need to pay ! I pay R6010 per month for my Opel Adam and I gave a -+R20 000 deposit. They telling me electronics is wear and tear and I should cover it, after Iv begged for months that my car is faulty since day one but no one wants to take responsibility, and then when I speak to one of the owners of FlexiDrive Okkert he says it’s not his responsibility he is just the financier and I said I’ll be going to a lawyer then he tells me that I must threaten him , which was shocking because that’s their answer to everything, and me as a woman who has limited knowledge of cars ect, asked my fiancé to help, when he told them to please help because I get stranded woman alone , what if it was there wife or something, then they say “ don’t play with my feelings “ !

I have had to follow up daily as they never called or let me know about anything , and then when I got a little frustrated they said I called them ***********! They repeatedly directed me to the workshop for answers but when I asked for the number they ignored me completely! They gave me a curtsy car ( Kwid ) which I was so so so grateful for, but the starter was breaking and I kept on calling - never called back , I sent messages, never responded! I got a response from the other owner (Riekard- Okkerts son) where he asked me did the car start after I told him I’m stuck at the garage after getting fuel !

I have emailed , messaged and begged for help ! But I am getting nowhere ! I was so nice for so long ! Ic only had the car since Jan 2023 and it’s been in so many times !

No one wants to take responsibility! Signature motors directs me to FlexiDrive, and FlexiDrive directs me to Signature motors…. And I’m in the middle 🤷🏼♀️ 😭

If anyone can please help me in the right direction ?

The owner of Signature motors is also not getting back to me when I ask to speak to him … which I think is so unfair, the reason why I’m posting is because no one gets back to me and no one takes responsibility for selling me a faulty car …</div>
