This is my pleasure to announce that I cancelled my monthly subscription thus paying your salaries for no service at all.Evan, you are the number 1 who failed by selling me this horrible product.I subscribed and started paying in December 2019 and up to now I didn't even receive my membership cards. I sent hundreds of emails and made numerous calls reaching out for assistance, not knowing that with this Company, it was a waste of time. Thembe, thanks for trying to assist me but in the end nothing happened. I am not wasting my time anymore by adding words of disappointment in this email. I will continue on the website, Facebook and Twitter.Please pay me back all my contributions for the past 7 months, since you did not even pay 1 claim.To all my friends in this email, never use this Company for any medical cover
