Useless Medical Aid from Auto & General and ****en Discovery.
Evening,
I just want to start by saying ***? *** am I paying this bull**** ass medical aid for if it does not work? This is utter bull**** man. I had to pay for my medication over the counter CASH. Went to your whatsapp for assistance and one of your useless consultants gave me an email address to send my query/slip to and ***ol response. Nothing. ****EN NOTHING!!! It's magonnyo wa festive and we still need to be struggling like this? Come the **** ON!! Sort your **** out please. I am paying every month but no assistance when buying or sending a query. **** OFF MAN!!!
