Unhappy client

Unhappy custoner! The worst medical scheme or aid ever. I joined them on November 25, 2019, but l have not received my card and they keep saying this and that in no tangible way. I submitted forms for my reimbur*****t on June 15 till today nothing and keep saying it is being processed like wow! I will look into another after solving my repayment cause no ways!
