I opened a medical aid with them from last year August . I waited for their 6 months period, wanted to see if it’s working.

Oh let me tell you... the services is poor the they answer you as if they are doing you a favor I stay in Midrand their card does not work and guess what’s the email reply “google your Gp’s and pharmacy that are used by us”

I emailed to cancel because I did not understand why pay so much every month for something that does not work, the take time to reply to emails they answer with attitude till they refused to refund me my money,I asked why don’t you want to refund me Debra Taylor said “ give us proof “ I emailed proof that they are useless and ***********... she rep**** again after 3 days “ 1 line again “ we will not refund .

Kindly don’t open no medical scheme with flexi care as it’s ****** ... if it was a black person treating a white person with such disrespect we would have seen better services... well this is not ending here I want my money back and I will Facebook Twitter this until I get what’s mine... I did not use this thing I want my money back .
