Unauthorized Debit Order – Immediate Refund Required

Good day,

I am writing regarding an unauthorized debit order from my account.

On 25 November, an amount of R3,412.00 was debited from my account without any prior notification or explanation that this would be a double debit for December or a missed payment.

This is completely unacceptable.

I request that the full amount of R3,412.00 be refunded to my account within 24 hours.

If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will be taking it further actions, as I strongly believe that customers should be aware that Discovery debits accounts without proper notice.

I expect your immediate attention and resolution.
