Unauthorised Debit Order for gap cover

<p>I am being debited every month for 244 for gap cover i never app**** for on a medical aid i do not have.</p> <p>I have now spent hours on the phone being put through from department to department to get the cover cancelled and to request a refund. Ye noone has been able to help me. I have never approved this cover. </p> <p>I require either a confirmation of the documentation i signed accepting this cover or the voice recording of the acceptance.</p>
