Unauthorised Debit Order for a declined debit order mandate

Unauthorised debit order after I declined the debit mandate on my app, that I do not want the Flexicare plan as I just lost my job. I declined the debit order mandate but twice they have gone into my bank account to debit DHFlexcarM*** Stop disturbing my bank account am not or no lo ger interested please!
