TIRED FRUSTRATED FED-UP WITH FLEXICARE

So after all the complaints nothing is resolved yet. I have 2 small children and now I have to pay cash evertime they go to the doctor. So now I am wasting my time with Flexicare cause they just dont care. Many calls, emails but still nothing is resolved. I am so disappointed in the service received I can cry. Today I had to take my child to the doctor and once again pay cash and for medication. This is so heartsore that they take up this so lightly and do not care. Medical Care is so important, one would not take it if you dont need it so I have tried everything calls, emails even complaints and yet I am still waiting up till today. I am so very disappointed and frustrated. Can anyone reading this message/complain direct me to a good reliable health insurance. I really do need one I am spending alot of money on doctors and medication.
