Thinking of joining Flexicare? Don't!

I decided to join these guys July 2020 everything sounded good so I signed up myself and my daughter in their Flexicare plus, but was the biggest mistake of my life.

They were supposed to send me my cards 4-6 weeks after the first payment but 4 month later no card. I must have spoken to 6 different agents and they all told me the same story "you should receive your card in the mails in a few days" but nothing. The last excuse was shocking it must have been my sixth call to them and they said they do not have my address to send card to, not sure how that's possible.

I decided to cancel my plan and go elsewhere, if you were thinking of joining them don't!
