They dont care!!

I've been at Discovery for my whole life on my parents medical aid, I went off of their medical aid and on to my husband's Medical aid in August, 1st of August they deducted my husband's medical aid and not my medical aid, I phoned them to find out if this is right, they informed me that there are no problems, that I get billed in Arrears....<br> <br> 1st of September they deducted my husband's medical aid and my medical aid, but my medical aid they deducted double, which left me with 34.00 in my account... I phoned the to find out what is wrong, they told me that know I get billed in Advance.... <br> <br> Who gave them the right to deduct extra off of my account as it's a fault on there said not mine.... They gave me the wrong information, I wanted to pay and they told me that I don't need to....<br> <br> Ive asked them If they can maybe just refund me with one month and then I can pay back each month an R100.00 or so, they said no, they will suspend me if I owe them money....<br> <br> I can't be suspended and I can't go without that money.....<br> <br> I complaint by Jenus Helath as they are n
