Thank you for all your help

<p>I'd like to say thank you to Gugulethu for assisting me with taking medical aid for my parents and my little brother. The call was more of a conversation than her trying to sell me a product. She never once tried to shut me off or try to hurry me up.</p> <p> </p> <p>She truly deserves to be recognised and I hope whoever gets to read this and whoever is her manager will give her the appreciation and recognition she deserves. If the supervisor or teamleader wants to know what I mean he/she can listen to the call and others can learn a thing or two about excellent customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
