Terrible service

Their service dealing with admin has been an absolute nightmare, I was late by 2 months and paid the day after i got a notice. I have been following up for months and month trying to get this sorted as the debit order stopped. Called and told to pay X amount, I paid the X amount and now the policy has been cancelled, why on earth would you tell me to pay the amount and now you sit with over R4k of money of mine while my domestic worker sits with no policy. Cant get a hold of anybody on the phone that knows and they all tell you to email, response on emails is a different story every single time. Will not recommend them at all.
