Stinking attitude, and *****ed up credit rating

I had contacted the company regarding medical aid quotes, and they were great. <br> I then agreed to take an option, however upon reflection, about a week later, i decided not to pursue option A, and rather get a rate for option B. <br> <br> I told my consultant to terminate the medical policy with option A, however when I later decided Option B was not for me either, she then took it upon herself to reinstate the initial option, and have my account debited for the funds. <br> <br> When I threw my toys, she assured me she would sort it out,.<br> Its now he following day and after all of this, she has the cheek to be unprofessional and down right snarky in her emails. <br> <br> Don't do me a ****** favour, do your job properly and you would not have these errors. <br> I work in a customer based industry and I would never dream of being that short with my clients!
