Shocking Service Received
I would like to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with Flexicare and I would recommend for other clients to be careful about joining or involving yourself with them.
In February this year I changed my bank to Capitec. To which Capitec to the look the responsibility to handle and move all of my debit orders and all of my other debit orders were moved across without any problems, except for Flexicare - My bank advised that they had rejected the move and I was to make contact with them.
This was firstly inconvenient to me because I’m really busy and secondly it was inconvenient to the bank because they were attempting to offer an extended service to help me. Never-the-less I still had money in my other account and continued to use the funds, until recently I emailed Flexicare my details and asked them to move my debit order.
I have emailed numerous times and I have called the call center to have my details changed (before my debit order date) and I’m just getting no joy. And to make it worse I received an email stating that because my debit order didn’t go through, I would be penalized due to the fact that the funds weren’t available, to which I have been trying to get changed for months now.
I called into the call center again yesterday and spoke to a lady who didn’t seem much interested in helping me. She kept telling me I did not send any emails with the details (ID number) they required. I then had to resend the emails where I sent my ID number and she rushed me from the call.
Please can someone get back to me, because I am not paying a penalization fee and I would like to cancel my policy with immediate effect and find someone else who cares for their clients needs and assists their clients in times of their needs.
Regards, Flexicare
