Selling just for sales and not the customer needs

The sales person promised me a whole lot of stuff on the medical aid, i asked him about the cover and he sold this wonderful cover to me, and afterwards when we went to the doctor the medical aid didn't pay none of the stuff he said. They do not care about the customer, just about the sales and this plan of Discovery has no coverage, it covers nothing. /
