Selling inproper products
I've had to pay two months of policy fees before I'm now sent an email last week to say that this policy is only if you're not on a medical aid. Which by the way I got through Jenus. Now I apparently cannot get my monies paid back. Not acceptable.

17 Aug 2015, 08:18Hello karinc,
Thank you for your enquiry. The Hospital Cash Back Plan has been withdrawn by the Insurer (not Jenus) with a months notice of the cancellation The benefits offered by the product during your period of cover were available, hence the Insurer not being in a position to refund contributions. We would like to suggest that you consider a Gap product as an alternative to supplement your medical aid cover. Opposed to a lump sum benefit paid per day in hospital, the Gap product considers the difference between what the provider charges and what the medical aid pays, ensuring that you are protected against the shortfall.
