**** medical aid agency

worste medical aid ever, i would rate this one as a zero. flexicare refused to pay out fees for spectacles claiming i was not covered for that package when i clearly have the policy they sent me. i was also told i would receive a medical card after 6 weeks of the start date. ive cancelled this lousy medical aid and im paying more for peace of mind and excellent service.
