Refusal to remove Debicheck and they refuse to refund my money

I’ve been trying to get a refund and to cancel the cover because it doesnt cater to my needs but I’ve been getting the runaround for over two months now . They refuse to terminate the debicheck mandate . It’s become mentally exhausting especially because I’m of ill health .
