Providing incorrect,false information to accept medical aid without the orthodontic cover.

I spoke to the consultants from Jenus Health Sylvester by name, I wanted medical aid with the benefit of having orthodontics cover. I made it clear that I plan to do the procedure in the future and that's the main reason I took the medical Aid which was at a higher premium than your normal standard plans. I accepted the rate of R 2,184 per month. However , when I inquired with Medi Health ( The Medical Aid Scheme) I was told it will only cover people up to the age of 18. Bear in mind , I'm the only beneficiary in the medical aid and no one else in that age group. This was not communicated to me and If the consultant knew this , he should have told me I don't qualify as age is a factor. The telephone conversations are recorded and I asked him many times if Orthodontics would be covered and he said "yes" in other words he told me false information and made me take the plan that was not beneficial at all.
