Poor service
Good evening, what I was requesting was a refund, I need my money back please so that I use for my sick daughter's medication. Flexicare failed me, its so easy to recuite clients but difficult to fulfill their promises they leave them (clients) struggling alone. Flexicare or whoever please calculate the money you took from me and send it back to my account, policy number ***

I haven't enjoyed/use your poor service you just caused me lot of stress and frustration going up an down with my sick child.... pay me back I don't know your service. I can't wait long I need that money to join another medical aid.

Flaxicare if you were not robbing me pay me back I need my money. You were supposed to attend my case the time I send you emails from 2019 I struggled to fund my bank account so that you debit the premiums. Pay me back please
