PLEASE DONT JOIN FLEXICARE

PLEASE DONT JOIN FLEXICARE I joined flexicare in May 2022. They told me in writing I'll receive my membership card in 4 weeks after my first instalment. 6 weeks later I ask them for update when my card will arrive and they simply just ignored my email for over a week, so I then asked again and told them ill go complain on social media if they don't reply so they reply that my card can take between 4 to 8 weeks and in meanwhile i can use the app (THAT DOES NOT WORK) or my temporary card that was never emailed to me.

Long story short they continued to ignore my request and i have still not received my card.

after reading other clients complaints about flexicare i decided to cancel my membership because if they cant send you a membership card how can i trust them to stay true to there word if i need to make use of them in emergency?
