Pathetic service

Worse service eve! I've had this insurance for the past 3 years and all was well until recently when they couldn't get to debit my account, I called and emailed to request for a new debit date for weeks now to no avail. I have been told my policy has been terminated. I'm very unhappy. I was even willing to have them debit for even the previous months. Still no response from Flexicare. What a pathetic service! Would never recommend flexicare even to my worse enemy.
