Pathetic

I am extremely angry at the quality of service I am getting from this insurance company. I belonged to them 2 years ago and it was everything you needed and more, but now not so much. I went for my annual eye test and I need new lenses but my insurance does not want to pay for my lenses, because my eye did not worsen bad enough for the insurance company to pay out. Why is this not said in the contract. This is pathetic.
