Not paying claims

Flexicare is the worst medical insurance to have. They don't respond to emails especially when they need to pay. Its been a week now that I send everything to claim and there was no feedback. When I called I am told that they cannot open my claim I must resend it, which means I must wait for another week. There has been so many bad reviews about them but it seems they are not willing to change and do better. You pay alot of money only for them not to cover medication, the only medication you can get with their cover is cough syrup he cheap one, they don't cover medication for other important illness a person can have. Their customer experience is the worse. I hope they pay me before I even take this up with my lawyers. Cause what they are doing is *****.
