NOT IMPRESSED WITH FLEXICARE

I have 'joined' Flexicare Medical' last year in September 2020. Since then I have not received any correspondance from these people whatsoever. I have been in the dark ever since. If I'm being asked if I have medical aid, I don't even know what to answer. My daughter needs to go the dentist, I don't know if I have benefits to go. If I need to go to the doctor I don't even know if I will be covered. I have phoned, sent messages, emailed them, with no reply from them. They don't bother to even phone me back, even though they are the ones that put me on hold, wasting my airtime, for them to go check whatever.
