No mercy

I asked flexicare to assist me by letting my child go to dentist to take one tooth out.hes having sleepless nights with tootache..My dentist benefit only active end of December. They told me straight no am not allowed until benefit date. They still haven't paid out my refund as yet, I don't have money to take my son to dentist,im still waiting for that money..Flexicare dont have mercy for a 3 year old child.Really disappointed in this health care.
