No help or service

My mother inlaw is on this flexicare. Friday night she was bitten by a dog in the face. No hospital medi clinic netcare any hospital could take her. This morning I phoned Flexicare for help they put me through 5 times and drop the phone 5 times as it seems they cannot help. We had to pay cash for stitches on arm and above eye..but the bite above the ear is so deep and long that she needs to go to theater and we dont have that money. Only state hospital now. This plan wont help you in an emergency
