No Customer Service at all!

I have not had good service or any customer service from these guys. I wasted my money and I am cancelling. They got my kid's names and DOB and everything wrong. My account was unusable due to some other person's name on my policy. Kids' names not reflecting on the card and then one of my kids' name reflecting against two of them. There are endless issues and they are not available to help. My Doc was not paid due to all of this and I could not even get something as basic as a panado at the pharmacy. I want to go to the dentist/optometrist but no one is willing to give me feedback about that portion's cover so that I do not get myself into a situation of paying the doctor and this cover.
