No customer service at all

Can someone just confirm that my cancellation has been processed! i have sent numerous emails to escalation, claims, support and application. all i am getting is automated acknowledgement with ref no.

No one answers the phone, i have been calling the entire week, the only time someone answered, they hung up on me after giving them the ticket ref no!
