No Care in FlexiCare

My mother is on flexiCare. She had to go for an X-Ray and she was informed that they will cover up to R 500-00. She first had to pay cash and then submit the receipt and they will refund her.

So on the 5th June she went for the X-ray and I submitted the receipt together with a form for refund on the 23rd June.

To date I have not yet received the refund.

On 7th July 2020 I phoned Obakeng to follow up - according to them they have not yet received the documentation.

I have once again e-mailed it to him.

Please can you assist as my Mother is a pensioner and she really needs the refund.
