Never join ever join flexicare products

I have a hospital plan with flexicare plus, They promise you the world but don't delivery they promise. I'm paying monthly, never used my cover, today when I tried using it don't work. The customers service agent can't help you at all and don't no what they doing, ask for manager to assist they do have. They have no knowledge of they products. Please guys don't even join flexicare products. All I want is all my monthly payments cause I never used they stupid products. They not useful at all... agent Sylvia was worse...... I want all the call records as well. Thanks for nothing
