MONEY MAKING SCHEME

I took out a flexi care in September which the first payment was supposed to of off on the 25/10/2018 of R409 to my surprise the debit was R519.00 when i follow up I am told i have another child on the policy who was born in 1996 when I myself was born in 1994 , a name I do not know which does not even share the same surname as that of child and myself, this is a money making scheme I am so dissapointed I was looking forward to my cover as it seemed very convenient for me
